At Tyler McGillivary, we want you to love your unique pieces, which is why we offer returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and international orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of receiving your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a $10 restocking fee.
